Though i am not a dancer by any means and consider having a full body spasm unpleasant to watch in general, I've begun to identify a certain sense of lovely solitude about dance. Also, I've recently been told that for women in particular, movement is vital. Everything about us is expressed through our body language and it's important to move, to be fluid, to feel strong, to open your body up and allow yourself to look stupid in the solitude of your own home. For those people who feel the need to showcase there is "So You Think You Can Dance". The pieces on the show have become more interpretive & expressive over the seasons, especially in the contemporary genre.
I've included my favorite dances from the first season to the last. Enjoy the linkage, friends.
